Symform Raises $1.0M

Seattle-based Symform, which provides cloud data storage services, has raised $1.0M in a venture funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm this week. The filing indicates the round is part of an ongoing, $1.5M funding effort for the company. Symform is headed by Matthew Schiltz, and has previously raised funding from such companies as OVP Venture Partners and Longworth. More information »
