Tagboard Buys Ziibra

Redmond-based Tagboard, which develops software to help companies surface hashtags and social posts about their products, has acquired Seattle-based ZIIBRA, the two said this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ZIIBRA is a developer of marketing tools aimed at online retailers, which helps them with their e-commerce efforts. Ziibra founder Omri Mor and co-founder Justin Myers are joining Tagboard as par of the acquisition. Both companies are backed by Rudy Gadre. Tagboard is led by Josh Decker.
