Trover Lands $2.5M From Concur For Travel Photo Sharing

Seattle-based Trover, which operates a social travel photography sharing service, has raised $2.5M in a new funding round this morning from Concur. According to Trover, the funding came via Concur's Perfect Trip Fund, and also included prior investors General Catalyst Partners, Benchmark Capital, and Rich Barton, who also co-founded the company. Trover said the funding will go to accelerate the growth of its community, to improve its social tools, and improve its tools for helping members to publish content. Michael Hilton of Concur joins the company's board with the funding. More information »
