UPF Services Acquired By Chronos Solutions

Spokane-based UPF Services, a provider of technology services to the real estate and mortage industry, has been acquired by real estate financial services provider Chronos Solutions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Chronos Solutions is based in Texas. Chronos also has recently acquired such firms as RealtyBid.com, Cogent Road, and Commerce Title and Closing Services, and offers up mortage origination services and technology.
