VeriWave Acquired By Network Testing Equipment Firm

Beaverton, Oregon-based VeriWave, a developer of wireless LAN testing equipment, has been acquired by Ixia, a network test equipment firm. The deal was announced earlier this week. No financial details of the acquisition have been announced. VeriWave was backed by VeriWave was venture backed by Alloy Ventures, Montlake Capital, TL Ventures, U.S. Venture Partners, and Woodside Fund. VeriWave's CEO was Christopher DeMonico.
