Whrrl Partners With Red Bull

Seattle-based Pelago, the maker of the Whrrl mobile social networking software, has inked a deal with beverage maker Red Bull, the company announced today. Pelago said that it has created an exclusive "Whrrl society" for Red Bull fans as part of the Red Bull Air Race in New York City. Users who join the society will gain waived cover charges and disk discounts at NYC bars and clubs, ticket deals on the Red Bull Air Race, and other information about parties and events during the event. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
