X5 Solutions Buy By Private Equity Firm Completes

The acquisition of Seattle-based X5 Solutions, the provider of hosted, unified communications (UC) services and SIP trunking services, by private equity firm NewSpring Capital is now complete, the companies said today. The deal had originally been announced on February 19th. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. X5 Solutions is now being run by incoming executive Greg Forrest and Rick Hirsch.
