Zillow Buys Real Estate Marketing Software Firm

Seattle-based Zillow announced Wednesday afternoon that it has acquired Diverse Solutions, a developer of software used to help real estate agents market their businesses and improve their personal websites. Zillow said it paid approximately $7.8M in cash and stock for substantially all of the assets of Diverse Solutions. Diverse Solutions was based in Irvine, California.
