Zillow Launches Advertising Tools
Seattle-based real estate web site Zillow.com said today that it has launched a new set of advertising tools to target consumers on its web site. The firm said its new Zillow Home Direct Ads allow advertisers to target people by individual address, value of home, psychographic cluster, and whether homeowners are planning to move. Zillow said the new ad tools allows advertisers to target ads down to the specific address or a specific ZIP code. Zillow is targeting cable providers, financial institutions, home improvement stores, and other advertisers looking to market their services and products to homeowners.
