Zillow Partners With Apartments.com

Seattle-based real estate site has partnered with Apartments.com, in a deal which will bring online rental listings to Zillow. According to the two firms, the partnership will provide more than 90,000 managed apartment rental listings to the Zillow service,including details, photos, floorplans, and contact information for property managers on the site. Business details of the partnership were not announced. The two said the addition of Apartments.com listings to its site will bring the total number of rental listings on Zillow to 150,000. The deal also includes adding the Apartments.com listings to Zillow's mobile application.
