Zulily Names Execs

Seattle-based Zulily, the online daily deals site for children's products, said today that it has named Marc Schneider as its Chief Operating Officer, and Angy Merola as Vice President of Finance. The firm, which is headed by Darrell Cavens, said that Schneider joins from Provide Commerce--the operator of Profflowers.com and RedEnvelope--where he was VP of mergers & acquisitions. He also has served at Richard C Breeden & Co. Merola joins from Razorfish, where she was a financial planning and strategic operations consultant. Merola also has served at Mixpo, DRIVE Performance Media, aQuantive, Real Networks, and Deloitte.
