Zynchros Finds CTO

Zynchros Inc., a Seattle-based publisher of compliance and operations software to health insurers and pharmacy benefit managers, reported Tuesday that it has hired Jim Tinney as chief technology officer. Tinney, Zynchros said, hails from Bellevue, Wash.-based online communications specialist Tailored Mail, where he held a similar role. Robert Pinkerton, Zynchros' president and chief operating officer, said Tinney's experience with service-oriented architectures and Web-based services should enable the company to better serve its growing client roster.
