JanRain Raises $1.0M

Portland-based JanRain, a developer of OpenID single-sign on technology for the consumer Internet, has raised $1.0M in an equity funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm Wednesday.The funding comes as part of a $3.0M, Series A funding. Details on the funding have not been released by the company. According to the filing, David Cremin of DFJ Frontier fund -- which recently opened up shop in Portland -- now sits on the company's board of directors. More information »
