Seattle-based LiveMocha, a firm which develops language instruction software, said today that it has raised $6M in a funding round led by Maveron. The firm said the firm will use the funding to accelerate the site's functionality. Livemocha develops online, instructional content for learning English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French, and German; the firm launched its services in September.
