Microsoft Up In Search Engine Share In January
Microsoft gained in the latest search engine rankings from Internet analysis firm comScore, grabbing 11.3 percent of the U.S. searches. According to comScore, Microsoft increased 0.6 percent to get 11.3 percent of the search engine queries during the month of January, up from 10.7 percent it received in December. Google continued to dominate the market, with 65.4 percent of searches, with Yahoo at 17.0 percent of the 15.2 billion searches made by Americans in the month.
