    Ontela Expands Board With Qpass Co-founder


    Seattle-based Ontela announced today that Chase Franklin, a co-founder of Qpass, has joined the firm's board of directors. Franklin is currently at Amdocs, the firm that acquired Qpass. Franklins has also served at Microsoft. Ontela is developing technology to allow consumers to upload camera phone images to their PCs and online albums.
