Placed Launches Analytics Service

Seattle-based Placed, which develops mobile analytics software, said Tuesday that it has launched the public beta of its location analytics solution. The company--which is backed by Madrona Venture Group--develops software used by mobile applications to help developers understand where their users are using their apps, and how they are interacting with those applications based on location. Placed is headed by David Shim.
