Prepared Response Gets $6.3M

Seattle-based Prepared Response, a provider of crisis management and emergency management software, has has raised $6.3M out of a $8.7M equity funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. Details on the funding were not released by the company. The firm has previously raised capital from Benaroya Capital. According to the firm's filing, the funding round opened April 13th.
