QuoteWizard Acquired By LendingTree

Seattle-based QuoteWizard.com, which operates a insurance comparison and quote site, has been acquired by North Carolina-based LendingTree, in a deal worth $370M. QuoteWizard was founded in 2006. LendingTree said the deal will help it expand in the online insurance advertising industry. QuoteWizard was founded and is led by CEO Scott Peyree.
