Startup Rocket Seeks To Accelerate, Validate Startups

A new effort, Startup Rocket, is looking to offer up a new service to help startup founders validate their startup, accelerate growth, build their products, and land funding, in Seattle and elsewhere. Prota Ventures, which has offices in Chicago, Seattle, and Jacksonville, Florida, said it launched Startup Rocket as an independent venture this week, to assist pre-funded entrepreneurs. The company did not say how much the new service would cost companies--in either cash or equity--but said it specifically is looking to help startups that are building a software product, and looking to raise capital. The effort is being led by Will Little, the Managing Director of Prota Ventures.
