Iovation In Partnership With Internet Identity

Online fraud prevention firm iovation Inc. revealed Thursday that it has entered into a referral partnership with Internet Identity, a Tacoma, Wash.-based business specializing in anti-phishing activities. According to iovation, it and Internet Identity will offer e-commerce companies a combined online fraud management and anti-phishing solution. The financial impact of the collaboration was not disclosed. Headquartered in Portland, Ore., iovation and its flagship ReputationManager develops technology which uses mobile device information to prevent fraud. Internet Identity's PowerShark Anti-Phishing Response service scours the Internet for phishing Web sites that dupe consumers and victimize customer brands.
