Digimarc Signs Photoshop User Magazine

Beaverton, Oregon-based Digimarc, the developer of digital rights management software and technology, reported today that it has signed on Photoshop User magazine as a customer. Digimarc said that the magazine is using its Digimarc Discover platform--Digimarc's software which allows mobile users on iPhone and Android to link to additional video and content online from articles. Digimarc's technology and digital watermarks are being promoted by the firm as an alternative to QR codes and other barcode technology, because they can be embedded into photos. Photoshop User is the official magazine of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP).
