Seattle-based Lively, a developer of mobile music applications, has raised $500,000 in a seed funding. The company said the funding came from Second Avenue Partners, as well as angels. Lively develops a mobile app to help users capture and save live concerts on their phone. Lively is headed by Dean Graziano. The company initially launched its product back in May. Graziano was a founder at Visible Technologies.
