Report: Microsoft Planning Major Job Cuts

Microsoft Corp. is planning some major job cuts, which are expected to hit as early as this week, according to multiple reports. Those reports--citing people with "knowledge of the company's plans"--says the cuts may end up being the biggest job cuts ever in Microsoft's history. The job cuts reportedly will hit Microsoft's Nokia handset unit particularly hard.
