Amazon Preps Second Bricks And Mortar Store In San Diego

Seattle-based Amazon.com is preparing to open its second, bricks and mortar store this summer, in San Diego, California, according to signage posted at a mall. According to a sign posted at the Westfield University Towne Center Mall in San Diego, Amazon Books will open its location this summer. According to local reports, Amazon is already hiring store managers and associates for the location. The location will be the second, physical bookstore for Amazon.com, which opened up a location in Univeresity Village in Seattle in November.
