Wave Expands With New Headquarters In Kirkland

Kirkland-based Wave said today that has signed a lease for a new development in Kirkland, which will more than double its current space. According to Wave, which provides gigabit fiber and broadband services, its will occupy three floors and approximately 88,000 square feet, as part of a new eight-story building at the new Kirkland Urban development. The company has signed a 10-year lease, which makes the company the primary tenant in that new building. Wave currently has 42,000 square feet next door, where it has been since 2003. Wave said it hopes to move into the new headquarters--which will include its own signage on the building-- in the Spring of 2018.
