Portland, Oregon-based WebTrends said today that it has acquired ClickShift, an online advertising optimization firm. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ClickShift provides technology used for targeting keyword advertising. ClickShift co-founders John Rodkin and Leo Chang will join WebTrends, along with the firm's core development team. WebTrends is a provider of web analytics software.
