Microscan Complets Siemens' Machine Vision Buy

Renton-based Microscan said Thursday afternoon that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Siemens' Machine Vision business. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The acquisition was originally announced on September 15th. Microscan, which makes data acquisition and control equipment, said the buy adds over 60 technology patents and 10 product lines to its products.
