Redfin Expands To Twin Cities

Seattle-based online real estate brokerage Redfin said this morning that it has expanded to Minneapolis and St. Paul, bringing its service to a total of 23 major metropolitan markets nationwide. According to Redfin, the expansion is the first part of an effort to grow in Minnesota, with an initial count of eight counties; the company plans to include the full, 13-county metro area as the business grows. Redfin also said it is allowing people to search for all home on sale statewide in Minnesota, although it will not be providing agents directly in those other counties.
