Expedia to Power Frontier's Online Bookings

Expedia Inc., operators of the travel Web site Expedia.com, said today that its technology will power the hotel and car rental offerings for Frontier Airlines' online travel booking services. Expedia said the multi-year agreement will allow Frontier customers to book hotel rooms and rental cars at Frontier's web site. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Expedia said its Worldwide Travel Exchange technology powers online travel bookings for several airlines. The private label service is operated by Travelscape Inc., a wholly owned Expedia subsidiary. Expedia is headquartered in Bellevue, Wash. Frontier Airlines is based in Denver.
