IMDb Hits 100M App Downloads

IMDb, the movie information site owned by Amazon.com, said today that its mobile apps for iOS and Android have just hit a total of 100 million downloads. IMDb's apps are free. IMDb said that its mobile apps are now a "vital part" of its platform, which its combination of apps and mobile website receiving more than 300 million visits per month since January of this year.
