Redfin Boosts Data, Photos, Blog Links

Seattle-based Redfin said Thursday that it has upgraded its real estate web site, and is now returning details, photos, and prices of every property sold in the past two years in the areas that it serves. The firm said the updates added 9 million photos of 1.4 million, recently sold properties to the service. Redfin said the new data is available to users in Seattle and Washington DC, with registration required for users outside of those areas due to MLS requirements. Along with those upgrades, Redfin said it will begin providing trackbacks to bloggers who link to listings on the firm's web site.
