Elemental Technologies Wins European Customer

Portland-based Elemental Technologies said Monday that it has scored a European customer, Eurosport. According to Elemental, Eurosport, which is a sport entertainment TV broadcaster, will use its products to drive video processing for its live and on-demand, multi-platform streaming service. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Elemental's products are being use to transcode videos between different bitrates and devices.
