Elemental Wins European Customer

Portland-based Elemental Technologies has scored a new customer in Europe, Red Bee Media, for the firm's video encoding products. Elemental said that Red Bee Media provides media management, providing broadcasters,content owners, platform operators and brands with services including packaging and delivering live and on-demand broadcast content. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Red Bee Media is based in the UK. Elemental develops video transcoding technology used to trancode video between different formats in real time.
