Microsoft Backs Contrast Security

Microsoft has backed Contrast Security, a developer of application security software, Contrast Security said on Thursday. Size of the funding round was not announced. Contrast Security said it received a strategic funding from AXA Strategic Ventures and Microsoft Ventures, which was an extension to a Series C funding it announced in October.
