Funko Buys Underground Toys Ltd.

Everett, Washington-based toy company Funko announced today that it has agreed to acquire Underground Toys Ltd., a UK-based toy maker and distributor. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Underground Toys Ltd. is based in London. Funko is led by Brian Mariotti.
