Convoy Signs Anheuser--Busch

Seattle-based, on-demand trucking marketplace operator Convoy--which is venture backed by Greylock Partners, Y Combinator's Continuity Fund, Bezos Expeditions, Salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff and others--said on Tuesday that it has signed a multi-year partnership with Anheuser-Busch. According to the two, Anheuser-Busch will use Convoy's network to transport truckloads of its products from its facilities. Convoy operates a marketplace which helps optimize matching of available trucks with shippers. Financial details of the partnership were not announced by the company. Convoy's co-founder and CEO is Dan Lewis.
